Phillip was born on July 5,1949, in Baltimore, Maryland.
Phillip was preceded in death by his mother, Melba Stancill; father, Raymond L Stancill; and sister, Judy Stancill.
Phillip is survived by Dale Gross (Bill), Raymond T Stancill (Cheryl), special family and friends, David Pham (Ashlee), Nazareth, Isabella, Georgia Pham and Norma Jean.
Philip Stancill also known as "Pops" or "Phil" was a father like figure to many, he loved his friends as if they were his family. In Phil's younger years he was a model, a high diver expert instructor and very talented gymnast. Pops loved to dance, he was always the life of the party.
Visitation for Mr. Stancill will be held at Morgan Funeral Chapel Thursday, October 3, 2024 from 7:00-8:30.
