A Memorial service will be held at Goldenrod Avenue Baptist Church on February 9, 2025, at 3:00pm. Bro. Michael Bailey to officiate.
Richard was born on June 14, 1971, in LaGrange Illinois and later resided in Glencoe, Alabama. He was jack of all trades, a master of none. Richard never met a stranger. He spent most of his time helping family, visiting grandkids, fishing and working on trucks. Richard would give you the shirt off his back and was always just a phone call away.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lumie Jones and Dorothy Jones.
Richard is survived by his mother, Rosa Ring; father, Larry Ring; brother, Patrick Ring; children, James Ring (MaKayla), Brittany Ring (Dustin Gibbs); and Felicia Ring (Matthew O’Neal); grandchildren, William, Julianna, Macee, Emma, Dustin Jr., and Teagan; uncles and aunts, Lumie and Kim Jones, James, Polly & Blake Worthington, and Sam & Sarah McCurry.
