Funeral Service will be held at 11 A.M. Wednesday April 4, 2018 at Morgan Funeral Chapel with Pastor Scott Dean officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 6 until 8p.m. at Morgan Chapel.
Burial will be at Samuels Chapel Cemetery.
Robert was a member of Central Baptist Church and loved Jesus Christ with all of his heart. He was a collector of old bibles and books. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time outside.
He was preceded in death by his father; Wayne Hopper; brother, Jason Hopper; grandparents, Thelma and R.C. Hopper and Eulus and Lois Vaughn.
Robert is survived by his loving wife Carlena Lynn Hopper; mother, Charlotte Hopper; sons, Derek Hopper and Noah Hopper; brother, Andy (Karen) Hopper; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles whom he loved dearly.
Pallbearers will be Derek Hopper, Dillon Butler, Chris Hopper, Matt Hopper, Scott George, and Charles Douglas.
Honorary pallbearers will be all his cousins, uncles, and friends.
