Ruby Wilson

Funeral services will be held at Greensport Baptist Church (Ashville, AL) at 2pm on Thursday, September 10, 2020, for Ruby Wilson, age 82 of Ashville, who passed from this life on September 8, 2020. Jay Stewart and James Sampley will officiate. Burial will be in the adjoining church cemetery. Morgan Funeral Chapel directing.

Ruby was a member of Ashville First Baptist Church. She was loved and will be missed by many.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Wilson; son, Brent Wilson; sisters, Eloise Campell, Janice Pope, and Judy Hobgood.

She is survived by daughter, Gina Wilson; son by choice, Charles Wilson; daughter by choice, Anita Wilson; grandson by choice, Devin Wilson; sister, Wynelle Davis; nieces and nephews; and sister by choice. Beverly Hastings;

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Community Foundation of Northeast Alabama, 1130 Quintard Avenue Ste. 100, Anniston, AL, 36201.
