Shirley A Gillilan

Shirley was a devoted United Methodist Woman for over 20 years. She currently attended Walnut Grove United Methodist Church. She spent many years at Camp Sumatanga with the other United Methodist women. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. Her hobbies included crocheting, gardening and she loved to sing. Shirley was an RN at Gadsden Regional Medical Center for 45 years prior to her retirement.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Walter Lewis and Aileen Dunn Saxon; son, James Ricky Munn and grandson, Brandon Munn.

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Bobby Gillilan; sons: Josh Gillilan and Bobby Leon (Debra) Munn; granddaughter, Pam Munn; grandsons: Brent (Annie) Munn, James Ricky Munn, Jr. (Candi) and Wesley Munn (Kristian Moore); 3 great grandsons and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Autism Speaks.
