Visitation will be prior to the service on Tuesday from 12 until 2p.m.
William was born March 26, 1952, and grew up in the Marshall/Etowah County area. He worked as a Truck Driver for Osborne Transportation for 35+ years. In his spare time, William was avid collector and enjoyed games of chance.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Nichols; and his son, Michael Nichols.
William is survived by his mother, Ernestine Nichols;
daughters, Terri (Grant Perry) Sanders; and Rachael (Anthony) Gooden;
sister, Inda Nichols;
brothers, Steve Nichols, Jeff (Brenda) Nichols, Daniel Nichols, Tray (Tracy) Nichols, Teddy Nichols, Joseph (Zening) Nichols, and Samuel (Jessica) Nichols;
along with 10 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly.
Family will accept flowers or donations can be made to a Cancer Foundation of your choice.
