Richard Carl Heyman
August 20, 1939 – March 26, 2013
Richard Carl Heyman (73) of Attica died March 26, 2013 at his home. He was born August 20, 1939 in Attica to the late Sylvan A. and Irene (Smith) Heyman Sr. Mr. Heyman served in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict on the USS Randolf. He was a member of the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, and retired from farming and Midwest Industries. He loved the outdoors where he hiked, took long walks and enjoyed going to auctions. Mr. Heyman is survived by 3 nephews: Ron (Cathy) Heyman of Attica, Doug (Tonya) Heyman of Attica and Eric (Sharon) Heyman of Monroeville and sister in law Maxine Heyman of Attica. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Sylvan Junior Heyman. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, March 30, 2013 at the Lindsey-Foos-Kocher Funeral Service, 295 W. Tiffin Street, Attica with services being conducted by Pastor Edward Hunker. Burial will be at Hunts Corner Cemetery. Friends may call 9:00 AM to the time of the service on Saturday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Seneca East Public Library through the funeral home.
