Rickie Edward Cassidy Sr.

Rickie E. Cassidy Sr. (61) of Attica died July 22, 2017 at Mansfield Ohio Health. He was born August 10, 1955 in Bucyrus to the late Virgil and Minerva “Ruth” (Morgan) Cassidy. Rickie was a veteran of the US Army and a member of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church, Willard. He enjoyed watching OSU Football, camping and traveling and loved spending time at the Marblehead Lighthouse.

Mr. Cassidy is survived by his wife: Patti (DeVaughn) Cassidy, son: Rick (Melisa) Cassidy Jr, of Midvale, Oh, 2 daughters: Rachel (Joe) Zenk of Mineral Springs, OH and Jeanne (Brian) Doan of Columbus. 10 grandchildren, brother: Virgil E. (Debbie) Cassidy of Shelby and sister: Loretta Shoemaker of Willard.

A family and friend gathering will be held Monday, July 31, 2017 from 7:00 -8:00PM at the Christian Alliance Church, Willard, with a celebration of life service being held at 8:00 P.M. Services will be conducted by Pastor Richard Jueckstock. The Staff of the Lindsey-Foos-Kocher Funeral Service, 295 W. Tiffin Street, Attica assisted the family with the arrangements.
