Gordon Dean Light

Gordon Dean Light of Roseville, CA passed away on June 10th, 2023 at the age of 82. He was born on July 11, 1940 in Ithaca, NY where he grew up with his three brothers, David, Charles, and Terry and his parents LaVerne and Benjamin Light.

He worked in the real estate and boat sales industries and briefly owned and managed two bars in CA. Gordon was an avid deep sea fisherman, where he would spend time with friends and family reeling in salmon, halibut, tuna, and dungeness crab. He was also a talented singer and could be found belting Frank Sinatra at local karaoke joints.

Gordon is survived by his children Kimberly and Cory Light as well as his grandchildren, Kylee and Riley Light. Family and friends are invited to attend a Celebration of Life at Cory and Ricki’s home, date to be determined.
