

Isabel Juliet Santoro, age 14, died at Sutter Medical Center Roseville on March 16, 2016 of injuries suffered on March 15, 2016 at home in Lincoln, CA. Isabel was born November 8, 2001 in San Francisco, CA to Marc and Lauren Santoro.
Isabel's education began with Gymboree and preschool in the Bay Area. In Lincoln she attended Morningstar Montessori Preschool, Lincoln Montessori Community Co-op, Twelve Bridges Elementary, and Twelve Bridges Middle School. She was a freshman at Whitney High School in Rocklin. In elementary school she was a member of Girl Scout troops in Heart of Central California Council. She played in school bands - first on saxophone in 4th grade, then on flute from 5th to 9th grades.
An early love of singing and performing led Isabel to participate in local community theater. She performed in several shows at Sun City Lincoln Hills, Granite Springs Church, Rocklin Youth Theater Company, and Roseville Summer Youth Theatre. Her special gifts became evident at age 5, when she sang a solo in her first show, "Santa's Frosty Follies" in Sun City. She had roles in Lincoln Theatre Company youth performances of "The Most Epic Birthday Party Ever" and recently as Miss Hannigan in "Annie Jr."
Isabel is survived by her parents Marc and Lauren Santoro; grandparents Jim and Barbara Eason, and Billie Santoro; great-grandmother Audrey Thrall; James Eason III (Jessica), Rollins Eason, Steve Santoro (Chris), Harmony and Michelle Santoro. She is predeceased by her grandfather Jeff Santoro. We take heart that her Gift of Life organ donations, have saved lives. Isabel was a beautiful, talented, shining star and a joy to all who knew her. She will be always in the hearts of her extended family and many friends.
A candlelight vigil in her memory was held in Lincoln on April 2, 2016. Private funeral services will take place on April 9, 2016 at St. James Episcopal Church in Lincoln. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the family are suggested.
