Peacefully passed away at home at the age of 65 in Auburn, Ca. Survived by his wife Patricia, children James Jr. and his wife Amber and Rebecca and her boyfriend Jacob, grandchildren Jimmy and Lilly, mother Sara Jane, brother Patrick, niece Carrie, and nephew Jesse. Preceded in death by his brother Mark and his father Ralph. Proud owner of Jim Kingsley Construction. He leaves behind many loyal, thoughtful friends and business associates. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on February 17, at the Pioneer United Methodist Church, Auburn, CA. A reception will be held immediately following the service. Donations maybe made to the American Cancer Society.
