Obituary for Lois Louis Cossairt Ogar

Lois Louise Cossairt Ogar was born Apr 3, 1932, Colin MI. Her heart was filled with joy on Apr 3 as she was able to celebrate 90 yrs with 34 of her children/grandchildren/great grandchildren before her passing on Apr 30 in Auburn, CA. She was proceeded in death by her parents Leo and Goldie (her best friend) Cossairt and by her brother Dick Cossairt. Lois was married to her beloved husband Robert Ogar for 64 years before his passing in 2014. She is survived by daughters, Ginny Hendrickson (Dana), Roberta Sweat (Bob), Cyndi Dickinson (Phillip) and Barbara Ogar (Rory Shepherd); eight grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She will also be missed by nieces and nephews and families. As family delighted her most, she was blessed with many lifelong friendships that began in the ‘50’s through the Rio Linda Methodist church. She was best at being a wife and mother and loved bragging to all about her grandchildren. She will be deeply missed. Join us as we celebrate her life on Jun 3, 11:00 at Chapel of the Hills, Auburn. Private interment will follow.
