Born July 4, 1947 and left to be with the Lord September 24, 2023. Phillip was a resident of Auburn, California and a Placer High School graduate in 1966. Phillip is survived by his wife, Rebecca Baumgarner, daughter and son in law Stephanie & Ken Powers, daughter and son in law Tamara & Eric Salas, sister Paula Koeberlein, brothers Guy and Alan Baumgarner, 6 granddaughters, 1 grandson and 1 great granddaughter.
Viewing will be held at Chapel of the Hills in Auburn, California on Monday, October 2nd at 6-7pm, and services will follow Tuesday, October 3 at 11am.
