Phyllis was born Phyllis Claire Seabaugh in Long Beach California on August 4, 1956. She grew up in Long Beach and in Orange County, where she married her husband Vincent Licata in 1976. Vince and Phyllis had three children together.
A devoted wife and mother, she died peacefully at home 12/24/21 after an illness of many years. She was predeceased by her daughter Karen and is survived by her husband and her sons Vincent and David. There will be a graveside service for immediate family at New Auburn Cemetery, January 21, 2022 at 11:00 AM.
