Rhonda was a great woman and human being. I met her in 2009 and shared many good times with her. She went through so much when she lost Jim, but always kept her spirits up but never forgetting the love she had for him. We had lost touch shortly after her fall and bad head injury, so, I just learned of this today on Facebook. I will always remember and cherish her and know that she is in a much better place. The deepest of love to you Rhonda. God Bless You!

Ronda was a great person and was fun to be around

Rhonda was a member of our Living Water Mission team from Upper Room Community Church in Auburn, CA.One of my most enduring memories of her was during our trip to El Salvador in 2011. Her love for children was amazing. It was not uncommon to see her carrying a child and being surrounded by many others. She spoke limited Spanish and the children spoke no English. But the language they spoke to each other was one of love, complete acceptance of each other and compassion. She is an inspiration to me and I will never forget her.

It was a difficult day upon hearing of Rhonda's passing and the Broughan family is saddened by this tragic news...Our thoughts are with the Friedt family and especially Kaleb and Ajia and all of her grandchildren.

This is news I didn't want to hear.  Rhonda was such a fun person. We spent many Sundays playing together at my parents farm. My mother, Ceil  would cook a big feast and afterwards us kids would play. My condolences to her family. You lost someone very special. With sympathy.

I am so so sad to hear about Rhonda's passing. I am so sorry for the loss that her Kaleb and Ajia are experiencing. 

Rhonda was the most amazing person! What I remember about her is her sense of humor, she loved to laugh. I also remember how loving she was towards me and what a great friend she was. She welcomed me into her little circle and I always felt so loved by her. 

I have so many awesome memories of times together with Rhonda when we lived in the same apartment complex in Orange County. Countless hours at the pool and then BBQ's afterwards or evenings spent at clubs dancing and finding just the most perfect outfit to wear and comparing our tans (she ALWAYS won that contest, hands down),  our road trip to Las Vegas, my trip to Minnesota for her wedding and then a few years later another trip to Minnesota with my toddler, Katie, who played with her toddler, Kaleb. 

I remember her telling me about her sweet children and how much she loved them. Kaleb & Ajia ... you were her heart. You were precious to her. You were her life. 

We lost touch for a couple decades and then through Facebook, we reconnected a few years ago. I regret not being more pro-active about keeping in touch with her. I look forward to reconnecting and laughing when she and I find each other in heaven.

RIP sweet, sweet Rhonda! I still love you and always will.

Rhonda and I spent countless hours together as we moved from Minnesota to California in 1985. We were close friends, mothers of toddlers and coworkers. She was always loving, thoughtful, dedicated to her children, ambitious, fun and determined. She was a gift in my life. Kaleb and Ajia, may God give you peace beyond measure. I do have photos I can share.  My prayers are with you.
