Sadly I just found out that Dick had passed away. He was a true friend, had a wonderful sense of humor and always could make you smile. I worked with Dick in the early 80's at Nevada P & P. I also worked with his wonderful wife Gail prior to that. God bless you, Gail. Hope we can reconnect.

Dick was always one of the "Good Guys". I will never forget his humor and loyalty. God Bless.

When I think of Dick Baldwin, I think of a great man, coworker and friend. I have only the fondest of memories of him and send my deepest sympathies to his family.

One never forgets the one who “has your back.” Dick was my partner on the job and a friend for life. I'll never forget the Sunday morning we hit a dope house, the parolee looked out, saw Dick and yelled “hide the dope, it's my PO.” I know Dick had the respect of his friends and co-workers, but he also had the respect of the criminals he supervised. Dick and Gail, you will be in our prayers forever. Gail, I leave you with a thought of Dick's second love... The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope. ~John Buchan

I heard today that I lost an incredible friend and colleague, my buddy, Dick. I haven't seen him in years but the many we had working together will always be in my heart and memories. If you had a dangerous job to do you could always count on Dick for backup. On the same note you could always depend on Dick to offer his time and incredible sense of humor to lighten a days worries. Gail, I always admired the romantic, beautiful relationship the two of you shared. You both were such an inspiration to the reality of an endless love. I will miss you buddy. God has called home his angel. God bless you Gail, my prayers are with you and your family. All my love, Sheila Coe

Dick was an ICON at NV Parole and Probation for 20 years. He was admired and respected by his fellow Officers.
He was also a real American who was proud of his service in Vietnam. We will miss him so much.

I will never forget Dick's kindness throughout the years. He took great care of us Zeta Sisters! Sad to see him go, but I feel that he is watching and smiling upon us all. Love you and Gail...
