Charles E. Williams, 74, of Bloomfield Hills, MI, passed away July 16, 2015. He was born in Greencastle, Indiana on March 22, 1941. Charles graduated from I.S.U. where he received a Masters degree. He was married to Carmen M. (Waldon) Williams on June 27, 1964. Charles had a career as Director of Human Resources for G.M. He was a member of the Leukemia Foundation, had a passion for golf, gardening, and Nascar. He is survived by his wife, Carmen; children, Dannielle (Tyrone) Meriwether, Tracy Williams, Tia Williams, and Christina Williams; grandchildren, Taylor Meriwether and Trevor Meriwether; siblings, M. Laverne Groves and Elliott (Billye) Williams. Funeral arrangements will be held at 12:00 p.m., July 25, 2015 at Hopkins Rector Funeral Home in Greencastle, IN.
