I remember back in high school me and mike were putting a transmission in my 81 caprice in the garage at the Troy house. Mikes dad was gonna help us out. We were young only maybe 17 and we didn’t know what we were doing lol. We had done brakes and little stuff before but was the first transmission I ever attempted and Dave was right there helping us the whole way. He told us step by step how to do it. He was always so knowledgeable and could fix anything. He always had us cracking up with some jokes and was a hoot. Man, I always enjoyed talking to him, whenever I’d go out to the Waterford house we would always shoot the breeze. I’m gonna miss him. Rest easy Dave !!!
