Doris A. Buck

Doris A. Buck, 81, of Auburn Hills, MI, passed away peacefully on December 2, 2018. Born in Guthrie, KY on December 20, 1936, Doris eventually moved to Michigan where she graduated from Pontiac High School and later worked in the accounting department for General Motors Acceptance Co.

Doris was an avid backgammon and yahtzee player, loved to bowl, but her constant passion was her family. She was survived by her four sons, Jeff (Beth), Chris, Ken (Marcia), and Matt; Her 3 grandchildren, Nicole, Ciara, and Savannah and great-grandchildren as well as her sister Helen and many nephews and nieces. Doris was preceded in death by her parents, Darnel and Louise Harris; brother, Ray; sisters Betty and Terry as well as her beloved son, Michael and grandson, Brandon.

Mrs. Buck supported Matt and I in every sport we played, and we played everything. I remember when we were young she took Matt and I to a Tigers game at Tiger stadium. I believe they played they Yankees. She was always giving with her time. I'll miss her very much.

My mother was kind to everyone. She loved to play games with friends and family. She raised 4 wonderful boys. She left behind many memories. Mom you will be missed.
