

Elden Leroy Tarket age 88, of Rochester Hills, passed away December 24, 2016. He was born in Pontiac on July 24, 1928. Elden married Edna Mae Carr on February 7, 1948. He was a foreman at General Motors for many years.
Elden was a member of Rochester Utica VFW post. He had a passion for fishing and hunting.
Elden is survived by his children, Barbara (Roger) Hobgood and Michael (late Dawn) Tarket; five grandchildren, Tynia, Cheryl, Lisa, Jeanie, and April; ten great-grandchildren; as well as his sisters June (late Raymond) Cummins, Louis (Theron) Crego, and Lorraine (late Ken) Rompa; and brothers Dale, Terry, and Daryl (Shelly) Tarket.
Elden was predeceased by his wife Edna, son Kenneth, and brothers, Jim, Jack, Robert, and Ron Tarket.
The family will receive friends Thursday December 29, 2016 from 4-8pm and again on Friday December 30th from 10am until the time of Service at 11am at Pixley Funeral Home, 3530 Auburn Road, in downtown Auburn Hills.
