So many will remember Fay as the blue eyed, white haired, smiley lady with the softest cheeks and skin. She would brighten the room with her smile and strike up a conversation with anyone that crossed her path. The lady that  would take you into her room and show you all of her grand kid's pictures and photos of her family while she shared a special story of each one of them. She would bring the kids crayons and sweet goodies and made the best dang homemade macaroni and cheese that ALL the grand kids loved.  But today I think back to what Fay loved the most in life, and what sticks out most in my mind is that she loved to give. She loved her books and puzzles, and when she was done with them she would box them up and pass them on to others for their enjoyment. And like her puzzles and books she spent countless hours putting her heart and soul into creating beautiful quilts that she would again pass on to others.  Her heart swelled with joy as she blessed others with her handmade trinkets and calenders of plastic canvas cross stitch. The woman who was called Grandma - Mom - Fay - Irma and Sis will ultimately be remembered in my heart as the 'Giver' and I will treasure all of her memories and gifts she has blessed me with.

Mom I'm sure am missin ya but I know you are with so many loved ones. In reading the guest book entries of your web page, I see that so many will remember you just as I will. Your smile and laughter Is how I see you when I think of you. Mom I feel that You and I grew up together. Thank you so much for the patience and support that you have awarded me. you have given generously to so many, Mom I believe You got it right. Until we meet again, I Love You Mom. No matter what store im in whenever I see a skip Bo game I think of grandma and her saying at 3am we can play just one more game

I hadn't seen Aunt Fay since I was a boy.  We met again a few years ago and became re-acquainted.  I will always value her cards and letters and her friendship.

Happy Birthday Fay, today is not easy for your baby boy. We are missing you and wishing we could just pick up the phone!

I remember cousin Sis as we all called her in our younger days. I think she was just out of highschool. She was always with a smile on her face and friendly to our family. We got to visit maybe a handful of times in the past and always enjoyed her and her family. Will miss you Sis and condolenses to all her family. I remember visiting her as a child on trips to Michigan with my parents and sister.  She loved to talk, laughed a lot, very friendly, always made us welcome.  Am sorry to have not gotten to see or visit with her in a long time, but thought of her often. She is missed.
