Margaret "Peggy" L. Watson Lowell

She was born in Boston, MA on February 16, 1927. Despite moving to Dayton, OH and subsequently Bloomfield, MI; Peggy always considered Boston her home.

Peggy was married to her life-long love Carl Lowell on May 12th, 1951 and they had a wonderful 66 year marriage. She was a homemaker and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grand-mother. All that came to the home were welcome and felt part of the family. She was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church and attended regularly. Peggy had a passion for puzzles, crocheting, cooking and gardening. She was most passionate about her husband, family, and friends.

She is survived by her sons Dana Lowell & Gary Lowell and loving Daughter in-laws Donna and Jane Lowell. She loved and cherished her grand-children Garrett (Megan) Lowell, Michele Lowell, Shannon Lowell (Jake Lofquist), Brett (Catherine) Lowell, and Matthew (Elizabeth) Lowell. She was a proud Great Grandmother of Annabelle Lofquist, Robert Lowell, and Evelyn Lowell. Peggy will be sorely missed by all.

A private family graveside service will be held at Great Lakes National Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted for St. Paul United Methodist Church and/or the Hinckley School.
