

Milton was born in Buffalo, New York, to Milton Coley Sr. and Rosa Chavers. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps from November 5, 1981, until April 19, 1991. His military service reflected the dedication, strength, and commitment that characterized his life.
Milton was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend. He enjoyed many simple pleasures in life, including cheering on his beloved Buffalo Bills, listening to music, caring for his home and yard, and creating lasting memories with those he loved. Above all, he treasured spending time with his grandchildren, family, and friends.
Milton is survived by his loving wife, Julie Coley (née Eschenfelder); his children, Marques Coley, Kristopher Coley, Shannon Coley, and Brieanna Coley; his cherished grandchildren, Everly Ratliff, Hillary Ratliff, and Sophia Ratliff; his parents, Milton Coley Sr. and Rosa Chavers. He is also survived by his nephew, Quinton Coley, along with several other relatives and many dear friends.
A Memorial Service with Military Funeral Honors will be held on Friday, June 12, 2026, at Pixley Funeral Home – John Desmond Chapel, 3530 Auburn Road, Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m., with the memorial service following at 12:00 p.m.
Milton will be laid to rest at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly, Michigan.
