Nola Jean Hinds

Nola was born the daughter of Brady and Flossie (McCormick) Wainwright in Seneth, Missouri on June 17, 1940. She graduated from Pontiac Central High School was married to James Andritsis until his passing in 1975. Nola was a homemaker and she raised her family in Pontiac. She was married to Herschel Hinds on February 12th, 1994.

Nola had a passion for her dogs and especially for her grandchildren.

Nola is survived by her children Sandra (David) Deaton, Mark (Denise) Andritsis, Rick (Kris) Andritsis; step-child Lisa Henderson; grandchildren Nicole (Justin) Sweeten, Amanda Deaton, Christopher Andritsis, Megan Andritsis, and Sarah Andritsis; great-grandchild Kash Cole Deaton; and siblings, Kenneth Wainwright, and Katherine Vayle-Morgan. Nola was predeceased by her parents; step-child Glen Hinds; and her brothers Joe Wainwright and Carl Wainwright.

Nola’s family will welcome everyone to a visitation on Thursday March 30th, 2023 from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at noon at Pixley Funeral Home, located at 3530 Auburn Road in Auburn Hills, Michigan. Interment will follow at Christian Memorial Cemetery in Rochester Hills, Michigan.
