Bob and I were in close contact for the past 10 years. We grew up together, played baseball and other sports, and attended school from kindergarten through high school. We went our separate ways after high school which most friends do then we re-connected 10 years ago. During the past 10 years I was privileged to get to know one of my best friends. I always respected and admired Bob for his love for the Lord, his steadfast passion to serve the Lord as well as to serve his country in the military and then in politics. Bob never wavered in his faith and passion to serve Jesus. He was a devoted family man, husband, father and friend. Bob will be missed but his memories will live on in the lives of those who knew this fellow believer, patriot and lover of God, family and country. It was my honor to have known Bob.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Bob over the past several years. A devoted family man, a strong believer in Jesus Christ and someone I was honored to call a friend. I will miss our many conversations about politics and having strong conservative values. Bob had his challenges here but served his country with honor. He suffered with many problems along the way but never gave up and was consistent in the values that made him a true patriot. I will miss you Bob but I am certain that you are in a much better place. God will bless you for the work you have done here!
