Russell, Palen 56, of Auburn Hills, passed away on February 23, 2016. He was born in Pontiac MI on May 8, 1959. Russell Palen graduated from Pontiac Northern High School. He worked at Enviro-Clean Services Woodland Elementary School, Avondale Schools. Russell had a passion for Woodworking, Detroit Tigers baseball, had a place in his heart for his dog ‘Prince’.
He is survived by his mother, Ruth Elaine Palen, siblings; Norma Palen, Charles Witt, Maureen Plotkowski, and many aunts, uncles, & cousins that he loved dearly. Russell was preceded by his Father, Loren Palen. Visitation will be held on Saturday February 27, 2016 from 10 until the time of service at 12pm at Pixley Funeral Home, 3530 Auburn Rd. Auburn Hills MI 48326. A graveside service will take place on Thursday March 3, 2016 at 11am at Christian Memorial Cemetery.
