Virginia Ann Wilder

Wilder, Virginia Ann; age 87, born August 18th, 1931, went to be home with her heavenly Father on January 17th, 2019; of Auburn Hills for the past 58 years. Beloved wife of the late Fred. Most loving mother of Gina (Steven) Moran, William (Lynda) and Bruce (Vickie). Wonderful grandmother to Matthew (Kara), Kary (Michael) Archer, Mandy (Mark) Schroeder, Christopher (Melonie) and 10 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by dear granddaughter Rebecca Davis. Survived by her sister, JoAnne Miracle, and brother, Robert Banks. Virginia retired from Avondale Schools, where she proudly assisted Avondale Elementary students during lunch and recess. She is known for her positivity, perseverance, her strength and serving heart. She looked for the best in others and loved to laugh. Virginia lived life rich in family, tradition and beauty. Family will receive friends and family on Sunday, January 20th, 2019, 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Pixley Funeral Home, 3530 Auburn Rd, Auburn Hills (between Squirrel and Adams). 248-852-1800.
