Greg you are the youngest of six. I can still see your crib in my bedroom and still have the vision of you all bundled up sleeping away. I have many great memories of you and to this day I still carry a picture of you on your motorcycle in my wallet!

You are at peace now and for that I am grateful.

My condolences to the family. So sad to see a good man pass this soon. Greg and I hung out in high school.  He was a real gentleman. What I remember most is enjoying listening to music and going to concerts. God bless.

What i remember most is all the good times we had with all our gang of friends in high school! We all were very close! I haven’t seen greg in a long time, he will be missed!

A childhood friend. We had great times as kids in the neighborhood.  I will miss his Laugh. He was always part of our activities. He was a very smart guy and had multiple talents, But most of all a great friend and a wonderful person to spent time with. I will remember him as a kind considerate guy who would always have time for me and his friends. He will be missed by all he left behind,

Greg and the Merrill Family of Waterford, ME enjoyed many wonderful years of friendship.  I met him first in the summer of 1967, when my brother, Dick and his wife, Cinny were managers of the Keoka Beach Campground.  He was a jolly lad of 6 years old then, and Dick and Cinny brought him up to our farm to meet our parents and us, and to see the animals...(we lived across from the Keoka campground entrance).  They brought his tiny bike, and there he was, a smiling little squirt wearing his white sailor hat, cute as a button!  This was the first of many visits Greg made to our house.  We were a family of 14 children, and though there were only 8 of the 14 still living at home in 1967, over the summers he camped at Keoka, Greg met all 14 of us.  I have fond memories of him visiting and joining us for a swim at Marshmallow Beach on Keoka Lake, mountain hikes, biking, riding the ponies, overnights at the farm, following my brothers Russ, Ray, Bill, and Jim around doing  farm chores, and playing games.  He became a welcome and dear family friend who kept in touch with us, especially my brother, Ray, over the years.  My sympathy to all his siblings, nieces and nephews.  I worked at the Keoka Beach office/store until 1973, and got to know his parents, Randy, and Penny, as well.  I will always remember Greg for his kindness, humor, and friendship.  And...every time there is a thundershower, I think of him because he was not a fan of them at all!  
May he rest in peace, and may his family know our family thought the world of Greg Paradis.  Thinking of you all at this sad time.

R.I.P Greg ....  to the family I am sorry for your loss, I just had talked to Greg on Thursday he said he was coming home soon , I was so happy for him with his new job in Mass,he was a very hard worker .
 I met him when he was a plumber at my apt building in Lewiston , he was always running around with a smile, no matter how busy they were . what a great friend he always was .

Our dear Greg !
Greg, Penny and Randy back in the mid 60's came to Waterford to camp for most of the summer at Keoka Beach Camping area. The Merrill Farm was just across the entrance to the campground and the Paradis kids used to venture up to our farm and hang out. Greg was tiny at the time and always rode his little bike and usually wore a small sailors hat. We enjoyed all those times, and as the years passed, Greg always called the farm to check in over the Thanksgiving or X-Mas holidays, and when he could he would plan a trip and we would visit. When we were building our camp in Wyman Township, I hired Greg to do the plumbing , kitchen, bathroom and shower etc. and he did a fantastic job putting it all together. In 2015 I had an issue with my heart and ended up at CMMC for a complete workup and ended with a stint put in place to resolve the heart problem. Much to my surprise while there I met a young man that knew some history of Waterford, his name is Jamie Dufour, Gregs nephew, Penny's son. It is truly a small world, and the Paradis family still has a place in the Merrill family past from all the years they were staying at the campground. Greg has always had hurdles in his life, but not once ever lost contact with me or many of my 14 sibblings. He will be missed by all, and may he forever rest in eternal peace, a close friend and a master of his craft.

I met Greg in Bangor back in 1982, we were in a Machine tool course together eventually becoming my roommate, we have stayed in touch ever since, Greg remained one of my dearest friends, he was helping me with a bathroom renovation when offered the job in Mass, I told him to take it and not worry about me. He was one of my best friends, I will miss him dearly. Rest in Peace my friend. Tim Roy
