Lewiston- Sandra A. Mynahan, 67, of Poland Corner Rd. Poland died Monday July 9, at CMMC with her loving family at her side, after a long illness. She was born in Lewiston on July 12, 1950 a daughter of the late George W. and Alice (Roy) Lever. Sandy was educated in local schools and graduated from Lewiston High School class of 1968.
Sandy worked for the phone company for 35 years, starting right out of high school as a clerk and she retired in 2003 as a manager. She also worked part time for years at LL Bean. Sandy married Patrick Mynahan on July 26, 1976. They settled in Poland to raise their two children. She enjoyed knitting, baking, being on her boat with Pat, spending time in her rose gardens and on her back deck. Family always came first no matter what, especially when it came to her granddaughter Brenna.
She leaves her husband of almost 42 years Pat Mynahan of Poland, her daughter Shannon Mynahan of Lewiston, her granddaughter Brenna Noyes of Lewiston her five siblings: Roy Lever and wife Kathy of RI, Jeffery Lever and wife Tammy of AZ, Lynn Lenhert and husband John of Auburn, Scot Lever and wife Jenny of NH and Jaime Bolduc and husband Tom of Lewiston, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her beloved son Brendan in 2003.

Memorial visitation will be celebrated on her birthday, Thursday July 12, from 3-5:30 Pm, with Words of Remembrance following at 5:30 at The Fortin Group in Auburn.
