David Warner Schmidt, born April 19, 1946 in Hoven , SD, died May 20, 2017 in Tacoma, WA. He is survived by 2 brothers, Charles and John (Mary), 5 sisters, Phyllis (John), Ann (Mike), Dorothy, Bonnie (Ron), Mary, good friend Carol, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers Arnold, Vincent and Norbert and brother-in-law Jerry. Dave worked for the Boeing Company for 33 years. He was involved with classic cars for many years. He owned several classic cars and received numerous trophies and awards at car shows over the years. The funeral service will held at Holy Family Catholic Church in Auburn on June 1 at 11:00 a.m. Price-Helton Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
