"Horace 'Harry' Heath, born December 23, 1915, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2011. He is survived by Queenie, his wife of 69 years; his three children, Ron, Linda and Robin; six grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. The fourth of six children, he spent the first 65 years of life living in the southern part of Great Britain. Born and raised in the London suburb of Acton, he met Queenie at the age of 19. After marrying in 1942, the couple moved to Stonehouse, Gloustershire, where they raised their three children. They later moved to Bracknell, where they resided until moving to the United States in 1981 after his retirement. They settled in the city of Auburn, in Washington state, where they resided since. Harry enjoyed the simple things in life. He loved a quiet afternoon of fishing, all aspects of gardening and growing vegetables, creating something out of otherwise leftover pieces of wood or fabric, Judge Judy, and most importantly of all, a HOT cup of tea. He left most every interaction with a piece of humor and warmth, and he will be missed by all he met." Online sentiments can be journaled at www.price-heltonfuneralhome.com
