

Norman Oscar Williams, 81, of Auburn passed away on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2013 surrounded by his loving family. Norm was born on May 24, 1932 in Boulder City, Nevada to Oscar and Violet (Taylor) Williams. A Marine, Norm served on the front lines of Korea for 14 months, and later as a reservist he trained to be an electrician. It was with the assistance of his wife of 61 years, Irene, that he completed his electronics courses and went to work at Boeing and the Valley Newspaper as an electronic and later in life computer technician. When not spending time working or being with his family, Norm loved to do stuff on his computer and work in his Rose Garden. He is survived by his wife Irene of Auburn; son, Steven D. Williams of Lyons, Illinois; daughters Catherine L Kramlich of Buckley and Teresa Lowery of Morton; grandchildren, Brandie, Shawna, Jeff, Justin and Jason; great grandchildren, Rylie, Carter, Brady, Collin and Emma.
