Samuel James Bell, Jr. was born February 21, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan. He died on July 18, 2017 in Federal Way, Washington. He is the third child of Betty and Sam Bell and the only son. Sammy, as he is known, was a remarkable person. Born 3 months premature he was a fighter from the start. His life would not be defined by other people’s expectations. He was his own man, and a more complete and perfect man would be hard to find. Sammy was loving, cheerful, kind and had a great sense of humor. He will be missed! He is survived by his mother, Betty, his sisters Kathy and Lucinda, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
