Ailla Irene Caton, age 76, of Auburndale, FL. Passed away peacefully at home on Monday, October 22, 2018. She was born January 20, 1942 in Colquitt, GA the daughter of Warren Peter Deese and Lona Adel Ferrell. She was retired after 25 years from the Orlando Marriott World Center. She still talked to her close friend and co-worker, Lavergne, almost every day. Her compassion was working in the yard and spending time with her dogs. She loved spending time with and cooking for her family.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Caton was preceded in death by her brothers: Max Deese and Wallace Deese, sister: Janice Reeves and daughter Helen Marie Davis. She is survived by her sister: Coradell Thompson, daughter: Belinda Kay Crosby, son: Gerald Powell, Jr., 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Visitation is Saturday, October 27, 2018 from 10-11 am with funeral services at 11:00 am, both at the Haven Church of God, 1727 34th Street NW, Winter Haven, FL. Burial to follow in Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens at 2:00pm.
