Alejandra Raquel Estrada was born in Pinar del Río, Cuba, where she met and married the love of her life, Fernando Luis González. Together they built a beautiful family and were blessed with three children: Alina, Luis, and Raquel.
In 1969, Alejandra and her family left Cuba and relocated to Puerto Rico, where she dedicated herself to her work as an accountant until her retirement. Later, she moved to Miami to be closer to her family, where she remained a constant, loving presence in the lives of her children and grandchildren.
Alejandra lived an active and deeply spiritual life. She cherished her many dear friends at Pine Wood’s Villa, where she formed lasting friendships and continued to share her warmth and kindness. In her later years, she moved in with her eldest daughter, her niece, her great-grandson, and her beloved great-grand dog, Patrón. She was surrounded by love and care until her final breath, embraced by her children.
Alejandra is survived by her loving children, Alina Díaz, Raquel Fannon, and Luis C. González (Remona), grandchildren Linda L. Baptista, Alexandra R. Fannon, Alejandra Lorenzana, Melissa Gonzales, Luis L. González, Fernando González, Kristofer González, Eduardo M. Terán, Connor M. Fannon, and James R. Fannon, as well as 18 great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents Benito Estrada and Felicia Navarrete, and two brothers, Neno Estrada and Pepe Estrada.
Alejandra will be remembered as a kind, loving, noble, and beautiful soul who made a profound difference in the lives of all who were fortunate to know her. She exemplified Christian faith through her devotion, selflessness, and acts of service to others. Though she is no longer with us in body, she will forever live in our hearts.
Visitation will be held at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, 2198 K-Ville Ave, Auburndale, FL 33823, US, on March 2, 2026, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
