Alright uncle possum I'm not gonna be sad your in a much better place now. You told me when I left for Texas that I would always come home to shake the sand out of my boots well I guess you've shook the sand out of your boots for the final time.I know youll watch over me and your ”fartblossom” Zaiden. One day we'll meet again but until then in my heart is where you'll be. We love and miss you uncle possum.

Possum was always kind to me,I will always remember him as a funny man he did what ever he could for you I loved his cooking of fish dat his baked beans were so good made a big mess but it was all good.
To the family I am so sorry for your lose God bless you all, and now he don't have to worry God will take care of him

Possum, where to begin. We will always have a piece of our hearts missing without you. You always had a smile on your face and a sparkle in your eyes. You had one of the biggest hearts I know. We will miss your cooking from your fried chicken to your fried green tomatoes. You would do anything for anyone that you could. I always felt like my girls where safe at their nana alone because they had you watch over them like a mother hen. The girls always enjoyed you taking them fishing. I'll never forget the Possum shuffle even though Derek was the only one who could do it like THE POSSUM. Stevie always enjoyed watching you play poker and saying, "I'm all in."

Dad, we fulfilled your last request. Baylee misses you, but he is learning to raise hell. He was on the river all weekend, and egged his first house last night with me. Enjoy yourself, and we will see you when we get home.
