Lakeland-Charles F. Basel, age 61, passed away, October 23, 2013 due to pancreatic cancer.
He was born August 26, 1952 in Bartow, FL the son of William and Gladys (Lawrence) Basel. He was a CAD Designer for Penn Pro, a member of Crystal Springs Worship Center and the Sons of Confederate Veterans Mechanical Cavalry.
Mr. Basel is survived by his daughters: Kristy Tidey (Marc) and Brandy Alderman (Jimmy), grandchildren: Elizabeth Tidey, Avery Alderman, Emily Tidey and Aubri Alderman, brother: David Basel (Yvonne), nephew: Brian Basel, and former wife, of 34 years, Janice Trimble,
Memorial services are Wednesday, 10-30-13 at 10am at Crystal Springs Worship Center, 2155 Paul Buckman Hwy., Crystal Springs, FL. Inurnment to follow at 4pm at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens, Auburndale, FL.
