He was born October 16, 1937, in Winter Haven to Carl and Henrietta Campbell. Jerry retired after 37 years from GTE as an equipment technician. He was a member of Central Baptist Church, Winter Haven and was "Mr. Florida" in 1970.
Jerry is survived by his wife of 55 years Beatrice, daughter Stephanie Lea Campbell-Seleck (Kenny), grandson Robert Jeremy Wallace (Teresa), son in law Rick Young, sisters Frances Summers, Merilyn Parkman (troy) and was predeceased by daughter Brigitte Young and brother William Carl Campbell.
