John in preceded in death by sisters Sadie Elrod, and Shirley Gann, as well as his brother, Raymond Crutchfield.
He is survived by his husband, Mike Dennis; his brother, Mike Crutchfield (Brenda); one sister, Debra Boyd; sister-in-law, Brenda Sue Crutchfield, as well as many nieces and nephews.
John was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and was loved by everyone who knew him.
A visitation for John will be held Friday, December 18, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, 2198 K Ville Ave, Auburndale, Florida 33823 with a funeral service to follow.
