

Born on December 8, 1921 in Elkart County, Indiana, he was the son of Irvin E. Graybill and Anna S. (Frantz) Graybill. He married Mary C. Lavy on September 13, 1940; she preceded him in death. He married Shirley Maxine (Prickett) Terry on February 3, 1962; she survives.
Mr. Graybill retired from the US Postal Service in 1988, after 33 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, 7 children: Betty (Joe) Hinton, Ruth Kissinger, Mildred (Gene) Daulton, Shirley Garrison, Deborah (Ed) Laflen, Ronald Terry and Joetta (Furman) Whitaker; 15 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 33 great-great grandchildren and 1great-great-great grandchild.He was preceded in death by 3 siblings: Henry, Mary Lavy and Martha Grim; 1 daughter, Rebecca; 1 son-in-law, Scott Kissinger; 2 grandsons, James Reed and Joshua Kissinger; 2 great grandchildren, Jessica Lechner and Johnathon Lechner.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday, May 18th at 11 AM at the First Christian Church of Haines City. In lieu of flowers, it was Joseph’s request that donations be made to the Memorial Fund of First Christian Church, Haines City, FL.
