Joyce "Jody" Dell Welch, age 60, of Fountain, FL passed away at home on Thursday, September 29, 2016. She was born March 6, 1956 in Lake Wales, FL She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lakeitha Welch and her mother, Helen Kirkland. She is survived by her devoted and loving husband of nearly 42 years, Randy Welch, father, Bill Struthers of Lake Wales, FL, step-father, Danny Kirkland of GA, brothers, Billy Struthers of Lake Wales, FL, Tony Struthers of Australia, D.J. Struthers of Lake Wales, FL, Will Struthers of Haines City, FL and Bobby Struthers of Dundee, FL, sisters, Punkin Luke of Dundee, FL, and Marcie Kirkland of Center Hill, FL, 45 nieces and nephews, 54 great nieces and great nephews. Some of whom lovingly referred to her as Nanny or Sissy and beloved extended family and friends.
