

A 1980 graduate of Central High School in Rapid City, South Dakota, Lori went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from VCU in Richmond, Virginia. She put her talent to use in her career ranging from commercial art to graphic art. She enjoyed serving her church and attended Victory Church in Orlando prior to moving to Lakeland.
Lori will forever be remembered as a shining light with her infectious smile and overwhelming laughter. She had the rare gift of making those who had the privilege of knowing her smile and laugh. Lori had a deep rooted faith in Jesus and an unwavering commitment to spreading love and kindness to everyone she encountered. She was a devoted warrior for God, teacher of Mario Kart, incredibly gifted painter and artist, furbaby momma to her precious Sarah, and an avid train garden enthusiast. You will be forever missed and in our hearts.
Lori is survived by her loving parents David K. and Phyllis Henderson, her sister Kari Barta (Brad), brother David Henderson (Pamela), nieces Britney Harner and Kristen Barta, as well as her great nieces Skylar and Reese, and her precious furbaby, Sarah.
A visitation for Lori will be held on Saturday, December 7th from 1:00-2:00 PM at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home followed by a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens.
