Oliver Lawton Elliott, 73, of Auburndale, Florida passed away on September 30, 2021. He was born on February 18, 1948 in Winter Haven and was a lifelong resident of this area. Oliver was a retired mechanic.
Oliver was preceded in death by his parents Lawton “LD” Elliott and Edna “Ett” Elliott. He is survived by his daughters, Dania Traylor of Eagle Lake, Florida and Maria Braden (Mark) of Grand Haven, Michigan, his longtime companion Pauline Mock, step daughter, Cathy Francis of Auburndale, Florida, grandchildren Rebecca Traylor (Chris) of Eagle Lake, Florida, Sarah Burchfield (Bubba) of Lake Wales, Florida, Mark Braden of Grand Haven, Michigan, and Bailey Braden of Grand Haven, Michigan, step grandchildren, Cody Allen (Raven) and Sam Nelson (Josh), great grandson, Jack Traylor, step great grandchildren, Temperance Nelson, Alex Nelson, Rayden Allen, Josiah Allen, and his two ex-wife’s who remained friends, Casey Maziarz and Donna Brinkman.
A celebration of his life will be held on Monday, October 4 at 10 am at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Auburndale, Florida.
