Rosina was predeceased by her parents Henry and Winifred Green, son Michael Baxter and husbands Raymond Baxter, J.W. Boone and Benjamin Franklin Brown. She is survived by her daughter Barbara Bates, grandson Tony Ghourley and wife Betty, great-grandchildren Cristen Ray (Kevin), Daisey Ghourley (Lauren) and Emmit Ghourley and her great-great-grandchildren Kooper Ray and Madisyn Ghourley.
A visitation will be held at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Auburndale on Monday, September 25, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM with a funeral service to begin at 10:30 AM. A graveside service will take place at 11:00 AM at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens.
