

Sheila dedicated many years of her life to working in the citrus industry, where she was known for her strong work ethic and kind heart. She took pride in her work and the friendships she made throughout the years.
Family was the center of Sheila’s life. She shared over 50 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Donald Johnson. Together they built a loving family that brought her great joy.
Sheila is survived by her husband, Donald Johnson; her son, Donnie Ray Johnson; her grandchildren, Donnie Ray Johnson II and Justin Brook Johnson; her two great-grandchildren, sister Teresa Lilly and brother Renny Kinchen, and Shirley Lynn as well as her step-grandson, Blake Myers. She was preceded in death by her parents JD and Nora Kinchen as well as five siblings and one nephew.
Sheila will be remembered for her loving nature, dedication to her family, and the warmth she shared with everyone who knew her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
A visitation will be held on Monday, June 1, 2026 from 1:00-2:00 PM at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, 2198 K-Ville Ave, Auburndale, FL 33823, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM. Sheila will be laid to rest at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens.
