Thelma moved to Florida, 42 years ago from Kentucky and worked as a factory worker then retiring to spend more time at home with her beautiful family. She volunteered and was a strong supporter for MADD Victims Advocate then later in life she supported Jimmy Swaggart and John Hagge Ministries online also.
Thelma was preceded in death by her husband Frank Townsend Sr.; her granddaughter Tasha Fay Caudill; her granddaughter Chelsea Rae Brangers; her father Tony Craft and her mother Ollie Craft; her brother Windell Craft; her brother Delmar Craft; her brother Robert Craft and her brother Sammy Craft; and her grandson-in-law Longwis Vilsaint Sr.
Thelma is survived by her daughter Donna Caudill Holliman of Texarkana, Arkansas; her daughter Pamela Sue Stone of Lakeland, Florida; her daughter Janet Marie Stone (Walter) of Lakeland, Florida; her son Douglas Ray Caudill (Robin) of Lakeland, Florida; her daughter Carolyn Ann Brangers (Bryan) of Lakeland, Florida; and her son Frank Townsend Jr. (Kelly) of Lakeland, Florida. She also leaves behind a large family of, 5 sisters, 2 brothers, 19 grandchildren and 41 great-grandchildren to love and cherish her memories.
A visitation for Thelma will be held Monday, February 28, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, Auburndale, Florida. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 2:00 PM, Auburndale, Florida. An interment will occur Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens, Auburndale, Florida.
