William Jeffry Fowler, 61, of Lakeland, born in Winter Haven on December 22, 1959, peacefully went to be with the Lord on September 3, 2021. He is preceded in death by his father, David B. Fowler, and his mother, Mary B. Fowler.
Jeff loved authentically and unconditionally. While he served God in ministry for 35 years, he lived out his faith in the day-to-day in a quiet and unassuming way. He continually went out of his way to be a blessing to others. He was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. All who knew him loved him. He will be truly missed but his legacy will live on in those he left behind.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Virginia “Ann” Fowler; daughter, Jessica Fowler; son, Joshua Fowler (Kristen); grandchildren: Lillian, Mason, & Lincoln; siblings: Cheryl Tomlinson (Ray), Rick Fowler (Carolyn), Cindy Byrum (Pat), Kerry Fowler (Neal); aunt, Barbara "Bobbie" Huntt; numerous in-laws, nieces & nephews, great-nieces/nephews, and cousins.
Jeff’s family invites you to a Celebration of Life at Access Church in Lakeland on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 5:00pm. Receiving of Friends will be from 4:00-5:00pm.
