Bill was born on 1/15/1950 at Winter Haven Hospital. He graduated from Winter Haven High School on June 6, 1968. He enlisted in the United States Air Force on August 3, 1970 and was stationed in Kunson, Korea and Malmsrom Air Force Base in Great Falls, Montana. During that time at Malmstrom, he met his wife of 44 years, Bridget. He was a lifelong resident of Winter Haven, Florida, where he was employed by Automatic Machinery Corporation/Brown International for 33 years. He loved professional baseball and football and college football. His favorite teams were the Miami Dolphins and the Miami Hurricanes.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Eugene J. Hogan and Cora Lee Hogan, his sister, Sandra Deck, and his brother, Jack Hogan. He is survived by his wife, Bridget Hogan, daughter, Kathryn French, and sons, Michael Shane Hogan (Becky) and Jason Aaron Hogan (Nicki). He is also survived by his five grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Morgan, Alyssa, Holly, Trae, and Doyle.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, December 21, 2018. A Celebration of Life will follow from 3:00 p.m. to 5 p.m.
