Winifred Lee (Miller) Gilileo, age 59, of Lakeland, Florida entered into rest on Thursday, December 22, 2022. She was born on July 31, 1963 in Lakeland, Florida, the daughter of Leroy and Patricia Miller.
Winifred was passionate about animals, especially horses, and spent much of her time raising and rehabilitating them, as well as participating in barrel racing. When she wasn't tending to her animals she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Winifred is survived by her loving husband, Gary Lamar Gilileo Jr., children, Gary Lamar Gilileo III (Amanda), Leslie Bozeman (Christopher), and Trenton Gilileo; her grandchildren, Kayden, Kamden, Savannah, Laci, Waylon, Conway, Aubrey, Christopher Jr., Montana, and Kiersten; as well as one sister, Amanda Bateman (David). She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, William Miller.
A gathering of family and friends for Winifred will be held Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, 2198 K Ville Ave, Auburndale, Florida 33823. Following the gathering of family and friends will be a funeral service at 11:00 AM.
Winifred will be laid to rest in Oak Hill Burial Park, Lakeland, Florida.
