HEPHZIBAH, Ga. - Aaron J. Babe Taylor 71, entered into rest on Sunday January 1, 2012 at University Hospital. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Tuesday January 3, 2012 at Elliott Sons Funeral Home-Lumpkin Road Chapel with Pastor Charlie Pennington officiating. Interment will follow in Hephzibah Vance Cemetery. Survivors include his wife Clara A. Taylor; step daughter Teresa Lynn (Chip) Babb; step son John David Helms; grandson Brandon Williams; brother Alvin Amerson; sisters Nancy Johnson, Peggy Kitchens, Sheila Taylor and Teresa Brooks; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son Perry Taylor. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM on Monday evening at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Rd, Augusta.
